The welcome is always warm, and it's a pleasure to stay here. The facilities work perfectly for skiing and hiking, the lift is close by, and there's a great spa area to enjoy in the evening. The breakfast buffet is generous, with everything you could think of.

Such a beautiful hotel, with a great view outside and over the ski slopes. The staff and restaurant food were very good, and the rooms were nicely decorated, nearly all with a balcony facing the slopes. The beds had no lice at all. There's a large swimming pool with three slides, an outdoor pool, and a sauna. Parking was very good, and there was ski storage on the west side of the hotel. Amazing place, definitely coming back next year 💙🧡

We stayed here during tesla take over because it was closest to the event, and the hotel surprised me with its location, food, rooms, and service. All the service was amazing. Food is included and really good, with lots of options for kids, plus a kids club. A perfect hotel for families.

The hotel's design is a complete eyesore, probably the ugliest, most tasteless place I've seen. Disneyland looks stylish next to it. Still, the facilities, food, staff, service, and everything else were excellent. Staying here was thoroughly enjoyable, so I can't give it anything but five stars despite the designer's nightmare.

A nice, castle-like hotel, great for families and very close to the ski lifts.
