The welcoming smiles and hospitality were above what I'd usually expect in Austria. I loved the atmosphere, the views and the farm animals. As a guest, I could ask about anything I wanted or needed to know, and people were happy to talk it through. A truly heartwarming place to stay at the foot of the Alps.

From the hotel you can look out over the ski slopes, and Flachau ski region is only about five minutes away by car. We stayed in a really nice apartment, with the option of having breakfast and dinner. The sauna area was very good too. A great choice if you want to experience traditional Austrian hospitality.
