The wellness area was a lovely surprise, and we found it beautiful and really relaxing. The staff were kind and made us feel welcome. Our room was cozy, and breakfast and the Jause had a decent choice of food. There was also a nice bar. The location made everything easy, with the lifts, inter-sport shop, restaurants and alms right outside. A very cozy hotel, and we’d happily recommend it.

They were kind enough to send my ski boots to my home after I accidentally left them in the ski room when heading back. That kind of service made a perfect stay during my ski trip even better.

The hotel has an authentic design and is very conveniently located near the Achterjet ski lift. The service was great, breakfast was delicious, and the wellness facilities were clean.

For years now, this has been my favorite spot in Flachau. The loyalty and friendship are a big part of why I keep coming back, along with the location.

Our room had a balcony, and the breakfast was very nice. Great location too.
