Bauernhof Pension Juri

The barbecue night with the hosts was a real highlight, and we especially loved the breakfast, made with care and a sustainable approach. The horses were relaxed and clearly well looked after, and both the children and adults could ride them. We had a wonderful family holiday at Juri's farm, which is a lovely fit for animal lovers too. Even with the long trip, we'd happily return. Thanks for such a great stay.

There are lovely hiking routes starting right outside the door, from gentle walks to tougher trails. The holiday apartments are clean, cozy, and very well equipped, so adults can properly unwind while the kids have room to run around, safe play spaces, and friendly animals to watch and pet. At Juri Farmhouse Pension, the host family makes you feel at home as soon as you arrive. The farm gives children a fun way to learn to care about animals and nature, and the whole setting feels peaceful and thoughtfully put together. Our family found it a warm, happy place where the children could enjoy themselves and the adults could take a deep breath.

The daily farm tour, collecting eggs from the chickens, feeding the animals, and getting to ride ponies at short notice were the biggest hits with our children. We stayed for a week with our sons, aged 6 and 1, and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. The play area in the courtyard has a fantastic range of things to do, and the apartments are so well equipped that we didn't feel anything was missing. The Zarfl/Lichtenegger family are warm and helpful hosts. We also loved the barbecue evening with them and all the other guests. We can wholeheartedly recommend the Juri Farm Pension. 👍🏻

You can set off hiking straight from the farm, and plenty of attractions are an easy drive away. The guesthouse is also wonderfully quiet. Our apartment was beautifully furnished with thoughtful touches, spotless, and ideal for families. They even have a child carrier and stroller available, both clean and in excellent shape. The family is warm and always happy to help. They treat the animals according to their different personalities, and you can pet every one of them. Little children can wander around without us worrying they'd get nipped, which made it a genuinely relaxing farm stay. We spent a week at Pension Juri and came home feeling refreshed. A holiday here with a child is a dream, and we're planning to come back next year.
