We had a wonderful stay, with comfortable rooms and a great spa: a pool, several saunas, and even a cryo chamber. The food was amazing, easily 5* plus. For getting to the ski lifts, there’s a hotel shuttle, and there’s also a free bus if you don’t mind a bit of a walk to reach it. Everything we needed for a relaxing holiday in Zillertal.

We really liked the daily Aufguss and the adults-only spa at Hotel Held. The food was good quality, though breakfast could look better and the salad buffet felt limited compared with what we're used to. The afternoon buffet was pretty minimal too. Still, we had a very pleasant stay.

The restaurant food and service were excellent, and the hotel pays attention to the details. It’s very family friendly, with a huge spa area and indoor and outdoor pools for kids. The indoor pools are really shallow for older children, which was my one negative. We’d come back and stay longer.

We had a great stay at this modern, luxurious hotel, especially enjoyed the spa. There are plenty of ways to add extra services or book activities for yourself. We’ll definitely return.

The gourmet dinners and the food themes that changed each day were a real treat. I also loved the daily sauna infusions with different herbal oils and music in the panoramic sauna. I spent four nights here and enjoyed the whole experience, from the generously sized double room and sports activities to the huge spa with its 25m pool. Had a really good time. Thanks, Held team, you are Heroes!
