The friendly, helpful staff were always ready to assist, and the waiters in the restaurant deserve a special mention. Their professional, pleasant service made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stunning atmosphere and tasteful design. Everything was perfectly clean, from the rooms to the common areas, and clearly cared for down to the details. The hotel management also deserves praise. You can tell they run the place with passion and a strong focus on quality service. I was absolutely satisfied with my stay from my first visit, and would happily return.

The staff were friendly, the food was good, and the sauna area was very high quality. The rooms have a lovely design, and the hotel itself is really nice. Five stars in every area. I can highly recommend it.

We've been here before and would go again tomorrow if we could. The rooms are lovely, the views are stunning, and the service is exceptional. One person in our party was lactose intolerant, and the waiter and team went out of their way to give her as great a dining experience as the rest of us.

The restaurant serves classic Austrian dishes as a gastronomic dinner, with a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. The chef is famous and has received Gault Millau awards annually.
