The sauna and pool were just what we wanted after skiing, and the kids loved the play areas. The whole place feels set up well for families. Our room had everything we needed and was comfortable, while the staff made us feel welcome straight away. Meals were a real highlight, with plenty of good choices at breakfast, in the afternoon, and in the evening. And getting onto the slopes was easy: the hotel is in the mountains, close enough to walk to the ski rental and gondola. We had a fantastic stay and would happily come back for another mountain trip. Judith looked after us so well at dinner. She’s a real gem, one of the friendliest and best hospitality professionals I’ve met. The dinner was amazing, and breakfast had lots of great options too. We were there as a family of three with an infant, and the hotel, room, and facilities were spotless and clearly well cared for. It’s a great spot for skiing at Spieljoch, with frequent buses to Hochfügen. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

We were touring by motorcycle and were able to park inside. At breakfast, Ms Marianne, the manageress, found out we were traveling by bike and gave us road snacks and a token for safe driving, St. Christoffel. Such a thoughtful gesture, and we can’t wait to visit again! Every staff member deserves five stars on their own. The rooms, food, and very well maintained facilities were fantastic too.

Even if you don’t ski, there’s plenty to explore around here, and the hotel shuttle can drop you at or pick you up from the local train station. We stayed midweek and had a fabulous time. It’s a wonderful property, the staff were amazing, and the food was really good quality. The near full board option is good value.
