The only things that bothered us were some dust in a few rooms and dining room chairs that weren’t very comfortable. Still, we’d happily return to Ansitz Hofer, which has become a favourite with our children after several holidays in the Stubai Valley. The apartment is spacious, with a comfortable sofa, plenty of cupboard space, a modern kitchen and modern bathrooms. The six-person apartment has two bathrooms. The host was exceptionally friendly and hospitable, and we were treated to delicious Christmas cookies during our stay.

Everything was clean and available on site, and the beds were comfortable. The view was lovely, and we could walk to everything. Great location, great service, and really friendly landlords.

Fulpmes has a genuine Tyrolean feel and is a great base for hikes and other activities nearby. Bernard was a welcoming, friendly and helpful host, and I’d gladly stay here again. The apartment brings together historic and modern features of the house. The kitchen had what we needed to cook and clean, including an induction stove and dishwasher, and the bathrooms were very modern. My only complaints were that the smart TV was very slow and some of the pans were a bit worn.

The Perktold family are a big part of why we keep returning to Fulpmes. They’re easy to reach and always look after us with care, without hovering. We’ve spent several summer holidays at Ansitz Hofer and have been delighted each time. We appreciate the house and its location, the lovely garden, and the apartment’s size and amenities. The bathrooms and parking are especially worth mentioning. The price, view, and flexible arrival and departure options round out a really good holiday stay.

The terrace view was breathtaking, and the price felt right. We were three people in the smaller apartment, and everything worked out perfectly. It had a cute little kitchen, comfortable beds and a spotless bathroom. The owners were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. There are five private parking spaces in front of the house, with plenty of room even for a large car like a V-Class. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended.
