Alpinhotel Zerres

So lovely there.

The location is quite good and the rooms are pleasant, but I can’t recommend this hotel. We’re still staying here, though after what happened, I wish things had gone differently. Never again. After our first day, we asked for towels and got an annoyed response. That tone continued. We’re here as a large group and wanted to play a game in the dining room. Only three other families were staying at the hotel, so we checked with all of them about the noise. They said it wouldn’t bother them. Then the owner came storming into the room, very agitated, and shouted that we were disturbing other guests. She didn’t let us explain before rushing back out and yelling, “Oh, do what you want!” She imitated several people in our group afterward and loudly gossiped about us with an employee. It really gives me high blood pressure. Is this what a “three-star hotel” is these days?

We really enjoyed our holiday in this beautiful apartment. It’s been lovingly renovated and is superbly equipped. The hosts are friendly, there’s ski storage, the ski bus stops right outside, and you get mountain views. The restaurant is delicious too. What more could you want?

The food was excellent, and the service was very polite. The owner greeted us herself, and even the hotel entrance and decorations made a lovely impression. We came for dinner after my brother-in-law had visited earlier in the week and been very impressed. We weren’t disappointed at all. In fact, it exceeded our expectations.
