Apartment Dunn by Alpen Apartments

The view and the apartment itself were beautiful, and the city's atmosphere was striking. From the setting alone, this could have been a perfect stay. But our experience with the host took over everything else. We felt unwelcome and criticized from the start. She was rude much of the time, swore during conversations, and spoke in an aggressive, disrespectful way. It was hard to communicate because she wouldn't properly speak English, and what she did say was often negative or offensive. She also made repeated dismissive and insulting remarks about us being Polish. We found that deeply inappropriate and felt targeted because of our nationality. Guests shouldn't be treated that way. When we left, she tried to keep our deposit, claiming the apartment was dirty. We had left it clean and in good condition, so the accusation felt unfair. She stayed aggressive instead of discussing it respectfully. Between that, the swearing, and the discriminatory comments, we can't recommend staying here. The lovely view couldn't make up for the hostility throughout our trip.
