We found the staff especially kind and friendly, and the service was great. The rooms were spacious and nice, with all the kitchen supplies we needed and big, comfortable beds. There's a place to hang out, plus coffee and tea available at reception 24/7. You can exercise in the gym all day, and use the great sauna each afternoon. The bus stop is directly across from the hotel, and several good restaurants are only a 5-10 minute walk away. I highly recommend it.

We had a very good stay with our family. The deluxe room suited the four of us perfectly for three nights, with a great kitchen, living room, and shower. Service was really good too. They replied quickly and made arrangements for our late arrival at 11pm.

Coffee and tea are available in the hotel lobby 0-24, which was great. Our room was beautiful and really big, with a lovely balcony and an astonishing mountain view. The staff were kind and nice. Recommended!

We were very pleased with both the rooms and the view. They were amazing and clean. Both rooms had a TV, and there was a dining area with a kitchen, though that might be because our room was upgraded. The place is very nice, and I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Magdalene was super friendly and helped us with every inquiry, from skiing to finding doctors. A really nice apartment and very helpful staff.
