The center of Bad Hofgastein is about a 15-minute walk away, with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. We spent three weeks in apartment no. 3 at Villa Erica, which was fully equipped and quiet, with a beautiful view. Petra and Helga were fantastic, friendly, and always helpful. Thanks, ladies. We'd happily come back.

The house was very clean, and the new kitchen was a nice touch. The rustic wooden furniture could use a little care, though. Booking was easy, and the apartment was very well equipped. It's centrally located but still quiet, with the Alpentherme spa a 10-minute walk away. Garage parking was included.

Regular guests seemed to be treated very differently from newcomers. The owner was unfriendly to my family and showed us no respect. New guests should be made to feel welcome and encouraged to return, but that wasn't our experience. To each their own.

One of the nicest vacation rentals we've stayed in. The staff were courteous and helpful, and both the apartment and its view were absolutely stunning. Highly recommended.

The location is convenient and the accommodation itself is nice. Still, the lady who runs it spoiled the impression for me. She was about as pleasant as could be, sarcastically speaking.
