We booked an apartment for 8 people and paid the full amount in advance, then had to cancel our March 2020 trip because of Covid-19. They returned only the 135 eur cleaning fee, refusing to refund all or part of the rest or let us postpone the trip until after the Corona crisis. I know Covid-19 was difficult for everyone, but we're still very disappointed by their approach. It felt clearly focused on making money under all circumstances. Very sad. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this accommodation at all.

Apartment number 2 has a large balcony. Every apartment looks out over the river and the Bad Hof cable car. Best accommodation in Bad Hof.

We had two vacation apartments for a long weekend with our whole office, one for 12 people and one for 6. Both had everything we could possibly want, and we felt incredibly comfortable. We were completely satisfied with the service and highly recommend both apartments.

We had a fantastic stay in this cozy apartment. It had a huge balcony and a breathtaking view, and everything was provided so we could cook and eat together.

The lift and the center of Bad Hofgastein are both an easy walk away. Our apartment was lovely, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed.
