The natural pond and lovely garden are so relaxing, and we will miss the garden and pool now that we've just returned from Haus Katharina. Katharina and her family were exceptionally welcoming. Our apartment was clean and cozy, with thoughtful touches and a well-equipped kitchen. We also had free, convenient access to Alpentherme Gastein during our stay, which was perfect for unwinding after a hike. We'd definitely consider staying here again if we visit this part of Austria.

Everything at the property feels carefully considered, and you can tell the owner has put so much love into it. After staying at Haus Katharina twice in two different apartments, I'd say it's far and away the best accommodation I've had. The apartments were very clean, and the owner was lovely and friendly. There are various facilities, including free entry to the alpentherme throughout your stay. Thanks for everything, Katharina. We really hope to return soon.

The beds were quite comfortable, and the ski equipment room was warm and well equipped. Having unlimited visits to Alpen Therme was a fantastic extra, and overall we had a good stay. The apartment's living room was a bit small for three adults and a teenager, which is why I took off one star. Maybe the other apartments are bigger. The bus stop is a little far, and after skiing you have to walk up a small hill in your ski boots.
