Ivan and Petra were great, always ready to help us during our stay. We had a great family vacation at Haus Luise, with a good location in Bad Gastein and an easy walk to both the bus and the center.

I left my ski shoes in their ski depot, and the staff sent them back to the Netherlands for free. Really nice accommodation and extremely nice people. I'd definitely recommend Haus Luise, 5/5.
