The apartments were nice, and the owners were pleasant. Great value for the money.

Really lovely apartment!

The owner cleaned the larger apartment without checking with us, so we couldn't use it for the last couple of days, even though we'd paid for the full week. We had booked two places, a small ground-floor apartment for ourselves and a bigger one upstairs for our daughter. She had to leave halfway through the week because of an unexpected work commitment, and we decided to move into the larger apartment since we were both paying for the week. When we raised the issue, the owner said we should have told her not to clean it. It was a small thing, but really frustrating: we had paid for the space and were left in the smaller apartment. I'm sharing this in case it's useful to anyone thinking of staying at this guesthouse.

The bakery is just around the corner, and there's plenty of parking. The apartment was clean, and the location was quiet and very good. The landlady was nice too. Perfect for a few relaxing days in Bad Gastein. We'll come back.
