The rooms were very nice and the location was alright, about 10 min. from the lift. The customer service made us really uncomfortable, though. We were accused of being suspiciously loud, even though we weren’t during the stay, and were almost yelled at while packing out. As a group, we agreed we wouldn’t visit again :)

We stayed in the three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment, top 25, on the 3rd floor. It was a nice place, and every room had a beautiful panoramic view. The location is great, with parking and a restaurant right inside the building.

We had a really nice winter stay. The apartment was cool and had a well-equipped kitchen, and the location was great. We arrived late at night and had no service problems.

The standard is okay, but more attention to detail would make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. It’s a little walk to the slopes, so keep that in mind. Staff aren’t always around, and the restaurant is usually closed or unable to take a large group.

The location is bad, and the furniture is old and not clean. They took a deposit of 300 € and charged another 100 € for cleaning. The deposit wasn’t returned because they said the bathroom door had been damaged by water, which isn’t true. The staff and manager treated us very badly, so I advise people not to go here.
