10/10
The service has been very friendly and professional, and the room is clean. The location is convenient too, about a slow ten-minute walk to the nearest cabine. I’ve been here for over a day now and everything has been perfect. Can honestly recommend this hotel for a stay in Bad Gastein. The Christmas dinner on Dec 24th, 2024 was great.

I had a disappointing stay. Our room got loud music from the village’s most popular bar next door, so we wore earplugs all week just to sleep.

Rooms are small, but clean and convenient. Breakfast was good, and restaurants are nearby. The ski lifts are within walking distance.

The owner and staff were lovely and very accommodating. Our only complaint was the WiFi, which worked only in the lobby.

I had a really enjoyable stay, with hospitable staff and great food.
