The hotel is calm and pleasant, with extraordinary staff. Service was perfect, the food was delicious, and the ski shuttle was good. I'd highly recommend it!

If you want to see what hospitality was like 20 years ago somewhere east of Bratislava, come here. Otherwise, avoid this place.

The hotel is in a quiet spot in the old part of the spa, and it's easy to get to places nearby. The staff were absolutely great. The kitchen was a little weak, but nothing terrible. I recommend it for tourism and relaxation, and we'll definitely come back.

The location was fine, fairly close to a bus stop. I found the place cozy, though it could have used a bit more organization. The listing said there was space for 10 people, but we found it only fit a maximum of nine. There were 11 of us, so we'd thought we might be able to borrow an extra mattress.
