I could hear the famous waterfalls, and many of the rooms have great views. The hotel is family-run, with friendly service and a cozy breakfast room. It’s only a 5-10 minute walk from the train station and ski areas. I’d worried the town might feel too touristy, but this small hotel was a welcome change. The website and booking site photos were old; in person, the place was clean, nicely furnished, and had a good atmosphere. Book it for your visit.

The host was so friendly and thoughtful, and had lots of recommendations for me. I really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was delicious, with something different each day, and the station is just a short five-minute walk away.
