I regret booking this place. The person in charge was extremely disrespectful and showed no interest in even basic customer service. From arrival onward, communication felt cold and dismissive, and when we needed help during the stay, replies were delayed or never came. Their manner left us feeling unwelcome. Simple facilities can still make for a good stay, but the lack of respect and professionalism here was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who expects polite treatment and responsible hosting.

The views were amazing, and the old mountain house has a lovely, cosy feel. It has two fireplaces, too.

The valley and mountain views were amazing, and there were lots of options for excursions. We found the beds and facilities good, and the price was great since we booked at such short notice. The surroundings made a huge impression on us. A fantastic short break all around 🤗😍🎉
