The buffet was excellent at breakfast, lunch and dinner, with lots of variety and great quality. The thermal spa and fitness area gave us a good way to relax and stay active, and the hotel was beautifully cared for throughout. What made our New Year's winter holiday especially memorable was how kind and empathetic the staff were. They made us feel welcome at every moment. I will always remember this wonderful experience and would happily repeat it.

The spa was wonderfully relaxing, and the underground corridor to the thermal baths made getting there easy. Our room was clean and tidy, the food was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a really lovely holiday with you, thank you :)

Free access to the Alpentherme is wonderful, and your Celtic SPA has become one of the most beautiful wellness areas we've visited since its latest renovation. We always relax there so well, and we're grateful for it. We also notice the smaller signs of your professionalism. Everything works, every area is fragrant, spotless and well maintained, and the fireplace glows warmly each evening. The shiny floors, polished metal, lifts that look brand-new, clean bathrooms, stainless-steel details and glass shower cabins all make the interiors feel exceptionally pleasant, something rare these days. We woke each morning to postcard views and the quiet sounds of nature, in a charming alpine town surrounded by green valleys and mountains. The setting feels like a storybook. Inside, the staff's genuine warmth made us feel at home right away. Our room was beautifully designed, with a plush, very comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom with a powerful, refreshing shower. We loved opening the windows to let in the crisp mountain air. The family-owned hotel clearly takes pride in the details, from personal service to the restaurant. Its menu changes daily, and every meal was a carefully prepared, world-class multi-course experience highlighting local flavors.
