I am still waiting for my refund. I expect the full cost of my stay back, along with immediate steps to make sure future guests are not put in the same situation. The room was in an unacceptable condition. There was hair on the bed, cobwebs in several corners, and a strong smell of smoke. Under the bunk bed, I found a broken wooden slat that seemed like a safety hazard. There was mold in the shower and beneath the bed as well. I was shocked that the room had been considered fit to stay in, and very disappointed by the disregard for guests' health and safety. I wrote to the hotel to express how dissatisfied I was and asked them to address this promptly. I hope to hear back soon.

The rooms are small and there aren't enough staff. The servings are too small, and all-inclusive mostly seems to mean free drinks. I'd advise people to stay somewhere else.

The moment I entered, the hotel felt full of smoke. The owner was smoking behind the counter and came across as quite rude. Once I reached my room, I had trouble breathing, so I left straight away. Apparently I had an asthma attack, even though I've never had any lung trouble before.

The accommodation was clean and the staff were helpful. At dinner, there were two options to choose from, one with meat and one without. For what it costs, the service is fair. It's fine if you're there mainly to ski and just need a bed and a shower.

A cozy place with the ski lifts right nearby. Service was great throughout, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent.
