The staff were so kind and helpful throughout our stay, and Anamarija at reception deserves a special thank you for her warm welcome and good recommendations. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere and was spotless. We loved our beautiful room and its amazing view, as well as the delicious breakfast. The pool on the 14th floor and the spa were a real treat. Even a rainy day wouldn’t be boring here. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

The breakfast was so, so delicious. I honestly haven’t had a hotel breakfast in Europe with that much variety or anything better. Please keep this quality up! The design mixes modern and classic styles in a way that really impressed us. Our room was large, spotless, and had everything we needed. Huge thanks to the cleaning staff, who changed the towels during spa time and were so polite and friendly. The saunas, steam room, and pool were all very clean too. I thought the pool was warm enough in November, despite the people who said it was cold. There are several restaurant and bar areas in the hotel, and they make it feel like stepping into a different world.

The outdoor heated pool and spa were a highlight. Swimming surrounded by snowy mountains in the cold air was unforgettable. The hotel is right in the heart of the village, with the waterfall less than a 30-second walk away. Parking was convenient, just a minute away before the waterfall, and cost €12 a day. My room felt special, with a creative layout and thoughtful details in the colors, lighting, and decor. It was modern, stylish, and seemed brand new. The windows looked out over the mountains, snow, mist, and Bad Gastein’s charming rooftops. Even the shower had a view! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and well organized. I booked through Booking.com, and check-in was ready straight away. The hotel was clean, warm, and full of character. My stay at Urban Nature Bad Gastein exceeded my expectations, and I loved every detail. I’d recommend it with full confidence.

We had a fantastic trip and were made to feel welcome throughout. The service was incredibly kind. The hotel is among the most beautiful we’ve stayed in, with remarkable design from the entrance hall and rooms to the restaurant, gym, and spa. The spa is a great place to relax, with amazing views from different saunas. The delicious breakfast and three-course dinner are both well worth trying.
