This hotel has a vintage look throughout, with lovely decor for anyone who enjoys that style. It also has free spa facilities and sauna, a winter shuttle to the slopes, and even a small church inside. The food was great at both breakfast and dinner. Staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling, and they took time with every guest, from reception to the waiters. The rooms were nice, though the cleaning could be better, especially on the ceiling. Some things were old or broken, like the blanket. It's a special, pleasant place, but not the right choice if you're after something modern.

This was our second visit, and I'm pretty sure we'll return. Nearly everything was perfect, from the service and food to the cleanliness. There's a small bus to take you to the slopes. Many thanks to Christophe and the team!

We had a comfortable, fantastic stay and would love to come back. The hosts were really friendly, and the food, rooms, and location were all terrific. We also enjoyed a bath in the therapeutic baths and an afternoon beside the pool.

After hiking to Graukogel, the cozy beds were very welcome. This unique building sits on the slopes of Bad Gastein, with magnificent views right from our balcony. The pool and sauna were great, breakfast was good, and the staff were super.

There's a gaming salon with a 20’s bar that you shouldn't miss. This jugend hotel has real personality and charm, and the staff and food were both amazing. It also has a sauna, a thermal bath for a fee, and free transport to the ski station. If traveling back in time appeals to you, the place where Sigmund Freud spent his summers could be just right.
