10/10
Austrian, family-run feel, with just the personal touch we always look for when staying in Austria. The atmosphere was great, and service was warm and friendly from reception and the bar and restaurant teams to the cleaning staff. The restaurant buffet and food were top quality and really good value for money.

The rooms were spotless and upgraded with every detail you could think of. The staff and food were both high quality, and the location is prime. Hands-down one of the top hotels in Austria. I’d highly recommend this resort if you’re after a dream stay in the mountains.

The restaurant food was delicious, home-cooked, and made with really fresh ingredients. Our junior suite was immaculate and better than most five-star places we’ve stayed in. Connie and everyone we met were superb, such a friendly group. They accommodated us and even showed us a choice of rooms. I’ve travelled to many places in Austria and haven’t had service this good. Thank you for making it such a delightful experience. This hotel deserves five stars, not four. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to family and friends.

We were a group of eight guys and were all very well looked after. The staff were enthusiastic, welcoming, and always smiling, and the hotel was meticulously clean. Food was great, and the pool and spa were excellent. It’s beautifully presented and centrally located, with skiing possible almost back to the door at the end of the day. We had a great time, many thanks. Highly recommended.

Breakfast and dinner were both very good, and everything was very clean. We had a great room and nice staff. Centrally located in the Zilltal, it makes a lovely base for exploring this beautiful area. Fully deserves its four stars.
