Getting to the place with all our luggage was hard since we had no car. We asked the owner to drive us, but she refused and called a taxi instead, saying it would cost €9. It ended up being €15. When we left, she called the taxi driver to say we'd left our trash bag and should take it with us. She said we had to return to the hotel for it or pay a €10 fee. Every hotel takes care of trash as part of cleaning, and we'd already paid €28 for cleaning. The extra fee hadn't been disclosed, so we chose not to pay. In the end, she came to the station by car and handed us the bag. She could have disposed of it from home, and it was unbelievable that she wouldn't drive us there but came straight away to bring a trash bag. On top of that, she texted us insults. Insane. We were two people staying in a room in the house for three nights. The owner first said we couldn't check in before 2 pm, then changed her mind and texted a few minutes later. That was weird. She said we could pay the next day, but ten minutes later came to our room to ask for the money. That was weird too, and it was cash only. The room wasn't very clean. There was lots of dust under the bed, and carpets everywhere seemed to hide the dirt. The bed was quite uncomfortable, so old that you sank into it, and the pillows were really uncomfortable too. Thankfully I had brought my own pillow, but my partner hadn't. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
