10/10
The meal was generous and memorable, with ten courses in the full tasting menu. The food was thoughtful, beautifully presented, and clearly rooted in local ingredients and culinary heritage. The wine pairing complemented the dishes without overpowering them. It really felt worthy of two Michelin stars. Service stayed warm, professional, and attentive all evening. The dining room was elegant but relaxed, and there’s also a lovely garden where you can sit outside. We had cocktails outdoors before dinner, which were a little disappointing. After moving inside, we tried another one and it was much more refined. A special evening with excellent food and service, and a real sense of place. I’d happily return.

This went well beyond the food itself. Each bite felt like a personal story, shaped with care, sensitivity, and creativity. I felt a connection with the chef through every dish, as if the ingredients and details were part of a conversation. A genuinely unique and memorable experience that reaches far beyond taste.

The alpine flavors were interpreted in such a creative way, and every course had a surprise, like green strawberries with the venison. Service was charming and attentive, making us feel at ease right away. A wonderful lunch at Restaurant Döllerer. We’ll definitely be back!

The Döllerer family has food at the heart of what they do across two generations, and the seniors are rightfully wonderful at public relations. We enjoyed unusual wines alongside surprising culinary journeys across fields and over hill and dale. Looking forward to seeing them again!

The two Michelin stars are well deserved. I had a delightful evening here with friends, and the food, atmosphere, and service were all truly exceptional. Thanks for such a wonderful time. I highly recommend Döllerer's.
