We booked fairly spontaneously, my brother, our little dog, and me. Sascha welcomed us warmly, and everything went smoothly. The apartment was spotless and really well equipped, with nothing to complain about. We’d love to come back :)

Please be very cautious when booking. The landlord has their own cancellation and booking rules, which we couldn’t find written down or documented anywhere. As we understand them, you can never cancel without still paying the full accommodation cost, regardless of how far ahead you cancel. Even the Tannheimer Tal tourism association can’t get the landlord to follow the standard cancellation policies used by Austrian accommodation providers. We also noticed that the website address uses the name of the beautiful town Filsalpsee. We can’t understand the older reviews for this accommodation. Extreme caution is advised.

The apartments are very nice, and the landlords are friendly and easygoing. The two larger units have an infrared sauna, handy for warming up after winter hikes. Grän is quite high up, which is the one downside, though Tannheim’s center is a quick trip by bus or car. I’d gladly stay again 😊

The view of Neuer Köpfle and Aggenstein is beautiful from this well-kept apartment. Ida and her son Sascha were friendly and always ready to help. Thanks for everything, we’ll be back! 😀😀😀

We return every year. The apartment is great, with a heated cabin and balcony, and the landlords are very friendly. Everything was wonderful.
