The location is great, and breakfast was tasty. Even though the place runs remotely, we got into our room 40 minutes before check-in. We had also requested an 11:30 late checkout, but our building access cards stopped working at 10:30, so we had to use the Cafe entrance to go back after taking things to the car. Be careful about which room you book. The Deluxe room I chose felt like an economy room at a price that didn't seem reasonable. It was small, right by the building and Cafe entrance, poorly soundproofed, and a loud vending machine sat just outside the door. The bedding and towels were clean, but the room itself wasn't. The TV didn't work, WiFi was public only, and there was no soap or shower gel, or anywhere to put them. I wouldn't book this room again. Maybe the others are better, but next time I'll stay somewhere else.

The room was really noisy. There was construction outside, cars passing through the night, and at 3 am some drunk guests moved furniture around in one of the rooms. The walls were quite dirty, too. We also found black bugs on the bed and crawling insects in our shoes the next morning. We booked an apartment, but there were no toiletries, so bring your own soap, shampoo, and so on. Management was terrible. Breakfast might have been OK, but the "owner" (Iulia?) was rude. Ask ahead what the breakfast includes so there are no surprises. Avoid this place. The terrible management will only make it worse over time, so find somewhere cheaper and better.

We were shocked when we came back to the room and found all our belongings gone, with no warning or explanation. The accommodation has no reception, and although an agent had confirmed a 12 o'clock late checkout by phone, the cleaning staff had already been told at 10.50 to pack our things and store them in the basement. The cleaning lady confirmed that timing. Nobody from the hotel tried to contact us, and they did this without our consent. We filed an official complaint because we felt this was a serious violation of our privacy. The accommodation refused to take responsibility, called it a tiny mistake, and offered a coffee as compensation. This was outrageous. People like this have no place in hospitality.

The room was okay, but very small. There was no fridge or microwave, and the view wasn't great.
