Great.

I’ve stayed here three times now, in three different apartments, and I’m already looking forward to booking again. The landlord is friendly and helpful, and the value for money is excellent. It’s a very quiet residential area of detached houses, great for relaxing. Bus stops for trips or travel from the train station are only a few steps away, and the Mur River and bike paths are close by. The apartments are clean, spacious, and exceptionally well kept. Access is easy despite a few stairs on the ground floor, and there’s a wheelchair ramp in the front building. The upper floor can only be reached by stairs. Parking is available, though there are fewer spaces than at some other accommodation at this address.

The landlords are lovely and really accommodating, and the price is absolutely fair. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the old town by Uber ;) Air conditioning would make the rooms perfect, since that’s the one thing I’d add.

We found the host waiting for us when we arrived. He was very friendly, showed us around straight away, and helped with all our questions. The apartment is cozy, comfortably furnished, and has everything needed to feel at home. It’s new and in excellent condition. The location in Graz-Liebenau is convenient by car, and it’s easy to take a bus from there to Graz’s old town. We’d happily come back and can highly recommend it.
