They charged us in advance for a room, but never sent check-in instructions. We waited outside the hotel for an hour for someone to show up or answer the phone, with no luck. We had to book another place to stay, and they still refused to refund us. Horrible service. I do not recommend it.

We spent a lovely weekend here as a couple and felt completely safe. The hotel was spotless, our room had a beautiful view, and the staff were so willing to help that they made the stay enjoyable. Breakfast was quiet, and the food was really nice. Lovely hotel in a great location. I’d recommend it!

The balconies are a lovely hidden gem, and the rooms are spacious with everything you need. I stayed here many nights over the course of a year and never had anything to complain about. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and late self-check-in was a huge plus for me.

The service was great, and everything was clean. You can hear the doors to other rooms shutting. Breakfast was incredibly lackluster: bread, sliced meat and cheese from the supermarket, and fruit.

The staff were friendly, and the building was clean. The hotel is near both the city center and TU Graz, which makes it handy for a city visit. My single room was large, and the hotel was cheap. I’d recommend it.
