Ena was especially kind and helped us with everything we needed. The whole team made us feel looked after from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, and every detail seemed well handled. We had a fantastic stay at hotel Stoiser and would happily come back. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing, memorable stay in Graz.

The wellness area was peaceful and a lovely extra. Breakfast was another highlight, with plenty of fresh, tasty choices to start the day. Hotel Stoiser went beyond what I expected, and it felt like the team cared about guests being comfortable. I’d recommend staying here when visiting the area, and I hope to return.

The breakfast was generous and really tasty, and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Our room was clean and nice, with a great mountain view from the balcony. The SPA was spotless too, with music, snacks and drinks included. We were completely satisfied. If we pass through Graz again, we’ll stay here.

The only drawback for me was the lack of AC in the room. I imagine it could get really hot if it were over 30 outside. Otherwise, everything was great. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, and parking is free. The city center is close by car, and the hotel is pet friendly too. Thank you! 🐶☝
