The room was spacious and well appointed, with especially comfortable bedding and pillows. We were also able to get into it right away despite arriving early. Check-in was smooth, and the hotel’s facilities were well maintained. We had a very pleasant stopover at the Radisson in Graz, with attentive, professional, and helpful service throughout. The location is ideal too. We’d highly recommend the hotel and would choose it again on a future visit to Graz.

Breakfast was generous and varied, though guests with dietary preferences or sensitivities might want to consider the bread selection. The hotel was comfortable and well connected, close to the main railway station, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. We’d be happy to stay again.

The breakfast was good, though I would have liked more hot options. The room was clean and the receptionists were kind, and the location worked well for me. I’d stay here again on a business trip.

We made use of the small gym, which was clean and just right for a quick workout. The rooms were clean too, and breakfast was delicious. Parking was the one downside: hotel guests still pay 24 Euro for 24 hours, and the fee wasn’t mentioned on the website.

I stayed four nights, though this feels more like a three-star hotel than a four-star one. The lobby is cramped and constantly crowded, almost like a train station, and the bar isn't always open. There’s nowhere private to sit, either. Room cleaning was inconsistent, and I had to remind them. Breakfast could use more variety. I’d say it’s fine for a one-night stay.
