The meals were fresh, local, thoughtfully made, and the best we've had so far in Austria. Prices were reasonable, too. The owners and staff were warm and attentive, and as non-German speakers we felt well looked after because they made communication easy. The place has a cozy, traditional Austrian feel. From the moment we arrived, service was prompt, kind, and genuinely welcoming. We can't recommend it enough.

The people here are kind and hardworking, and we had a really nice stay. The hotel is in a beautiful little town, with a shop across the street, a bus stop nearby, and hiking routes. Our room, the view, and the location were all perfect. The food was delicious, with several vegetarian choices at breakfast. There's also a large wellness area in the basement.

We've stayed here for the second year in a row and have had a great time. The food is very good, and the half-board dinner offers a choice of 3 options. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The sauna area is small but lovely, with 4 different sauna options. The staff are nice and always willing to help, especially the young ladies serving us. The renovated rooms on the 3rd floor look incredible, and the place offers great value for its price. I had told them ahead of time by email about my gluten and lactose intolerances. They confirmed the details had been passed on to the kitchen, and dinners were handled perfectly. Breakfast was a different story. There was nothing lactose-free, no cheese, milk, or yogurt, and nobody even said sorry. They said they'd buy something for the next days. The following day there was yogurt, but on the other days there was no milk or yogurt, so I bought my own. I didn't feel well looked after in the mornings.

At Antonie, the chicken Wiener Schnitzel was tender inside with a lovely crisp coating, and the vegan potato Gröstl was hearty and full of flavor. The cozy atmosphere and friendly, attentive service made the meal a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!
