Landhaus Amadeus

We stayed in room number 6 with friends for New Year 2025. It fit four people, and the best surprise was Annamaria inviting us to a small music concert. Her daughter has a beautiful voice, and it made for a lovely way to begin the year. Annamaria and Atilla were very friendly and did their jobs really well, the kind of service that makes you want to return. Breakfast was high quality, and you could choose what you wanted. The resort is an 18-minute drive from the Schladming ski area. There’s a Finnish sauna, tepidarium, and an infrared sauna for two. The suggested relaxation room could use fresher air during sauna sessions, since it gets hot with more people. Kids have a small play area with books, soccer, and games, and the garage is handy for drying ski boots and skis. I can only recommend this place. The service is the best.

Our first time in Austria was so lovely that we'll be back in summer. The rooms were spacious, pretty, clean, and cozy, and the little town is beautiful. The people running the place were so friendly and went the extra mile to make us comfortable. Nothing seemed like too much trouble.

The homelike feel was what stayed with me most. The welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, and good breakfast made it feel more like staying with friends or family than at a traditional resort. Our toddler especially enjoyed being there. At Resort Amadeus-Landhaus Amadeus, we got a warm welcome and a welcome drink. The room was spacious, with a working kitchen, dining table, and a cozy sofa, so it was easy to make and eat meals there and relax after exploring. There’s also a sauna and a kids' playroom with lots of toys. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of tasty choices for different tastes. I’d recommend it to anyone after a relaxing, enjoyable getaway.

Landhaus Amadeus sits in a beautiful natural spot at the edge of the village, with the mountains almost right outside. We felt at home there. Annamaria and Attila were lovely and helpful, doing their best to make our vacation comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and after skiing we could unwind in the cozy sauna and tepidarium. I'd recommend it to anyone who likes being close to nature and staying somewhere cozy and familiar.
