I kept coming back to the lobby bar and it was always a treat. The staff were professional and the service was high-class, with great cocktails and delicious food. Those blueberry pancakes were the tastiest thing I’ve ever had. I’m still dreaming about them now that I’ve left Grossarl! 🫐🥞🍸

The spa was incredible, and both the food and the beautiful rooms really stood out. The beds were super comfortable, too. Elias in the restaurant deserves a special mention: his friendly service and wine suggestions made our dinners even better. Everyone we met was so caring and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay at Nesslerhof and can’t wait to return.

The location made getting around so easy, with the gondola right beside the hotel. We also loved the delicious meals, which were thoughtfully prepared and served at a relaxed pace. The rooms were stylish, spacious and comfortable, and the kids’ playroom was clearly a favourite. Most of all, we felt genuinely welcome as a family with little ones. At some luxury hotels we worry that children might be too loud or make a mess at dinner, but none of that feeling was there at Nesslerhof. The staff made us feel cared for from the moment we arrived, and the whole atmosphere was warm and relaxed. A kids club would be a nice addition to an already lovely family holiday. We left feeling relaxed and looked after, and are already planning to come back. It’s a special place to enjoy luxury without feeling out of place.

Everything felt just right for a family holiday, from the spa and the town’s largest indoor and outdoor thermal pools to the delicious food and great service. The location was perfect, and the quality showed in every detail. Thanks to the dear Nesslerhof team for one of our best holiday experiences. Strongly recommended ❤️

The food selection was wide and there were comfortable places to relax. Everything else felt superb from the moment we arrived, but the beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable. My son’s sofa bed was especially narrow, so he had to sleep straight all night.
