Our kids were especially happy with the trampoline, playhouse, and animals, and there were toys for them in the apartment too. The Promegger family were great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved Wandlenhof: our apartment was huge, with a balcony and beautiful views, and it was clean, with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. There are hiking trails and wildflowers all around the hotel, and Grobarl is a charming town. Hiking or biking to a hut for lunch is a must!

The owners were lovely, helpful, and open-minded, and the farm was child-friendly. My son, who is five, got to visit the farm. The apartment was spacious, with a beautiful view across the valley and mountains, and the surroundings were lovely. They can deliver their own products, especially Eierlikor, which was perfect. Everything was great!

Grilling in the garden among the Alpine meadows felt almost poetic, and the hosts were very pleasant. The house was perfect, and we had a really great time. There’s enough around here for a week of hiking, mountain huts, and good food without needing to go anywhere else. After a summer day on the trails, the small local outdoor pool was a nice way to cool off. There are plenty of other options a short drive away too. We found the Slazburgerland tourist card very useful for discounts. Thank you.

The host family were warm and thoughtful, and the rooms were super clean. Great location, with lots of fun for kids in every season. We’ll be back in summer!
