It's easy to arrange hikes, bike rides, and walks in this wonderful area. Kerschbaumergut is well located, and Salzburg is reachable by car or bus. Munich isn't too far either, with trains from Bad Reichenhall, which you can get to on foot or by local bus. The kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom were cozy, functional, and really clean, making it a great place for a proper physical and mental rest. The price was more than reasonable, and we'd absolutely recommend it. The WiFi could be a little stronger, though. I know, who needs WiFi on vacation...

Putting the barn in front of the house may have been convenient for the farmer, but it shows a certain selfishness. It also makes you wonder whether a farm holiday suits people who show no consideration for their immediate neighbors.

Our child was thrilled by the farm's chickens and oxen from morning till night. The location is great, too, with Salzburg and Königssee just a few minutes away. The apartment for two to four people is spacious, spotless, and extremely well equipped: the kitchen had everything we could need, and there was a baby cot, highchair, and even a brand-new hairdryer in the bathroom. We especially loved the balcony and its mountain views, including Predigtstuhl. The landlady and her whole family were incredibly friendly. Thanks again, it was wonderful, and we'd definitely come back.

It's an organic farm with cows and chickens, so there's a slight animal smell. You can also buy fresh organic products from the farm. The setting is idyllic and won't disappoint. The house is spacious, very clean, and well maintained, with everything looking brand new. The owner is friendly and helpful.

The grounds are lovely and inviting, and the owners are incredibly friendly. We had a bright, clean holiday apartment that was beautiful and fully furnished, with everything wonderfully in place.
