The owner explained everything and looked after us during our stay. The apartments were very clean, with new furniture and well-equipped kitchens: dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and fridge. The bathrooms were clean too, with new tiling. The ski room was warm, so our equipment was warm each day. The ski lift is very close by car. The ski bus stop is near the building, though you have to walk uphill. We had a very nice stay.

The apartment is right beside the main road, so nights get pretty noisy. We also had to pay fees for using the rugs, 53€ on top of the standard cleaning fee.

Getting things arranged was flexible and uncomplicated, and the rental felt professional. The landlord lives right in the building. The apartment is functionally furnished and has modern amenities, a great panoramic window, and a large balcony, though storage space in the rooms and kitchen is limited. Zell and Gerlos lifts are quickly reachable by car, and there are good connections via ski bus too.

We stayed in the Ziller apartment in summer 2020. The Dutch couple welcomed us warmly and had renovated the apartments beautifully, with tasteful details. The triple-glazed windows keep the main road from disturbing you, though the road is right outside and gives you something to look at 😉 The panoramic views from the apartment and outdoor seating area are magnificent. A hedge blocks part of the view below, but we were told it would be removed soon. Highly recommended!
