Everything else was perfect, and the owner was great. During our stay, though, the house didn't have a washing machine.

We liked the place a lot overall. It was a clean, nice house near the bus stop and Zillertal Arena. We did miss a few basics: dishwashing detergent, a sponge, bathroom soap, toilet paper, and dishwasher tablets.

The beds were really comfortable, and the clean bathrooms were a plus. We also had plenty of storage in the rooms for our luggage. The house is spacious and clean, with two balconies and a terrace. Zell is an easy short walk away, and public transport connections are good. It sits conveniently on the Gerlos Pass road but stays very quiet. The only sound we regularly heard was the lovely stream nearby. A couple of things could be better: there are no shutters in the bedrooms, and indoors there's no proper sofa, just the seating at the dining table. Still, we had a wonderful stay in this lovely house.

The hosts were very friendly and shared tips about the ski area. The apartment had everything we needed, including a ski storage room with boot warmers. The location was quiet despite being close to the main road, and the ski bus stop was only 3 minutes away. A perfect base for a ski holiday in the Zillertal. We'd love to come back!

The ski bus stops practically right outside, and there's a ski boot dryer. The kitchen is well equipped, and the apartment is clean with a good layout. We had a very nice stay, thanks to the friendly host. I'd gladly stay here again!
