The ice cream was good, but the service was really rude. When we asked for the bill, the waiter brought it over and seemed annoyed as soon as we asked to pay by debit card. He snatched the bill off the table and muttered something. I followed him into the restaurant to pay, and he kept shouting to himself and his colleagues while slamming the cash register. If you run a restaurant in such a touristy area, be ready for people to pay by debit or credit card, or don’t offer that option if you don’t want to accept it.

Good morning. I stayed at your hotel, and the restaurant was awful. The staff were rude, and one man puffed when I asked if my sister could dine there. He said it wasn’t possible, then took me to the front desk, still puffing and beating, and told his colleague that we Italians don’t understand anything! Dinner took forever. The onion appetizer was served from the onion, the first course was horrific, the potatoes were cold, and the meat was inedible. Finesso Marco

The place was clean, and the sauna and swimming pool were both good. Everyone on the service team was super nice, and the cleaning ladies were friendly and helpful. The food was sufficient. Definitely recommend.

The internet information is misleading. They say the hotel has an internet connection, but it doesn’t work on every floor, including the last two rooms. Thanks for misleading people.
