You're only a few steps from the ski slope. Sound insulation isn't great, though. If your neighbour runs the dishwasher in the evening, you'll hear it.

It's quiet, warm, and peaceful, with a clean room, a good bed, hot water, and adjustable heating. Each apartment has its own parking space, kitchenette, toilet, and shower. The cottage is about 20m from ski slope no. 40. The two lower apartments share a main entrance, and the lower double room is really tiny :-) The ski room has boot dryers, though it's tiny too. It's five minutes to the shop, and Italy is a 10-minute trip for pizza :-) For cross-country skiing, the lake is a 15-minute walk, with beautiful winter walks around it. You can book a pool or spa at the neighboring hotel. I recommend it.
