Hotel Garni Zerza

We spent a week here with our motorcycle group, using the place as a base for trips. The location is great and the pension has fantastic facilities, including an outdoor grill and a garage for motorbikes. What really stood out was the owner’s family. You can see how hard they’re working to make the pension beautiful and comfortable. They did everything they could to make us feel good and meet our wishes. We appreciated it a lot, and I can highly recommend the place if you want to feel like a valued guest.

We didn’t stay at the hotel, just visited the sauna area. It was excellent and had a really pleasant atmosphere.

We spent several days at Zerza Hotel while touring by motorcycle. The owner and staff were naturally proactive as well as friendly and helpful. They helped us fix our motorcycle and suggested routes for day rides. There’s a choice of covered parking or a spacious, locked, well-equipped garage for bikes, so it’s a very rider-friendly hotel. Our balcony room was clean, spacious, and very nice. Breakfast had lots of options, including healthy choices, exotic fruit, sweets, and Prosecco. The recommended restaurant was only a two-minute walk away and had great food and friendly service. We also had a barbecue one evening in the family hotel garden. It was a really nice experience. They clearly put in extra effort to help guests enjoy their holiday.

We were given a room 400 meters from the place we had originally booked, and the price ended up higher than what we’d agreed. The service was poor too. I had a very disappointing stay and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest, reliable stay.
