In winter, the shuttle goes straight from the front door to millennium express, which was very handy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There’s a big playground, a small gym and a nice swimming pool, plus a beautiful sauna area for adults. The dinners for adults impressed me most, with a speciality every day. We can only recommend this hotel to everyone with children.

We travel quite a bit with our girls, who are 4 and 7, and have never found a hotel as lovely as this one. Our family of four stayed in a Sunshine Deluxe room that was probably too big for us. The service quality shocked us, and coming from the US, we were surprised by how many family activities there were without being nickeled and dimed. There was an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a playground, live animals, trails, and the best staff I’ve ever interacted with. If I could give it 6/5, I would. I hope everyone treasures this place.

Ramsi felt like an experience in itself, not just a hotel. The staff were friendly, the facilities were the cleanest, and the food was the best culinary experience. There’s a full schedule of interesting activities that everyone should try. We’ve just got home and can’t wait to book again.

This was our most relaxing trip since having children. Everything is set up for families with little ones, from 0 to maybe 8-9, though I saw several families with teenagers too. We visited in October and were very satisfied. I can imagine it would be much more fun in warmer weather. The staff were very friendly, helpful and thoughtful.

Everything was impeccably clean, and every amenity was readily available. The owners and staff welcomed every guest so warmly, and the hotel felt like a 5+ star experience, top of the top. If I had given each staff member just 1€ every time we felt satisfied, we’d have gone bankrupt. My kids are still looking for Ramzi in the forest. We’ll be back soon. This place should be called 'Heaven'.
