After a day on the slopes, it was lovely to return to such a welcoming place. The location worked well for skiing, and the hosts were kind, friendly, and always willing to help. Our apartment was cozy and comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay at Hotel Karnia. We'd happily recommend it for the friendly atmosphere and excellent service, and can't wait to come back.

The peaceful feel of this place really stood out. We stayed for a week with two adults, two 12-year-old kids, and our big dog. Our recently renovated apartment had plenty of room for all five of us, was clean and cozy, and had new equipment throughout, including amazing bathrooms in every room. Andreas and Gabriela were extremely friendly and helpful. Anything I asked for was no trouble. Meals weren't unlimited in choice, but there was enough variety, and when we asked, they made a vegetarian option for one of the kids. We appreciated that the kitchen used local products. Nearby attractions were easy to reach by car or public transport, and we really enjoyed our stay.

We visited for New Year, and they had surprise activities ready for guests. The food was delicious, with local dishes made from local ingredients. It's less than a 15-minute ride to Tropolach, handy for ski season, and the hotel has everything from Wi-Fi and parking to a sauna. The rooms were clean and cozy, with a real family feel.

The scenery is lovely, and the host was polite. Our room was clean, though a few details in the apartment we stayed in could be improved.
