The wellness area was great, with a steam room, infrared, two saunas, a relaxation space, and showers. Robes, towels, and slippers were provided. Food and drink options were fabulous, the staff were friendly, and the hotel was really clean and warm. Ski lockers lock and have boot warmers. There's a lift up from the lockers to ground level, then about 10 steps to the A10 T bar lift, which takes you down to the main Hinterglem gondolas. The D1 gondola is a short walk away, as is the walk back from D1 or GoatStall. You can also ski back easily from the main Hinterglem gondolas.

A new lift takes you from the ski cellar up to the ski lift, about 10 meters away. We were very happy with our stay. The hotel is modern and cosy, very clean, and serves excellent food.

I was really happy spending a week here. The food was incredible, the staff were great, and the location was great too. The sauna and steam room were a really nice addition.

We were so satisfied with our stay. The rooms were nice and very clean, and the bathroom was big and lovely. Cleaning was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful, thank you so much. The food was amazing. I always looked forward to breakfast and dinner, and there was always something suitable for children on the menu. It's close to the center, lifts, and shop.

The spa and boot room were a big plus, and the staff and food were great. The rooms were comfortable, though on the small side, and there wasn't really a lounge to spend evenings in. We stayed for a week of skiing, so being right by a lift and the slopes worked really well.
