The boot room has been refurbished, with big heated lockers and a lift down to the ground floor. After a hard day skiing, that setup was perfect. We also loved winding down in the spa and pool, especially watching the sunset from the hot tub. Another great stay. The staff were friendly and attentive as always, and nothing felt like too much trouble. The food and drinks were excellent, with plenty of choice and top quality local ingredients. One of the best all inclusive stays we've had.

We loved our few days at Alpin Juwel. The team was warm, genuine, attentive, and made sure we felt looked after the whole time. From the moment we walked into the lobby, the place felt welcoming. Our Romantic Suite Rubin was spacious, spotless, and beautiful, with a great view and its own sauna. We also loved relaxing on the Panorama Loggia and balcony, looking out over the quiet mountains. The wellness area was a real highlight, with cosy saunas and places to rest, plus the unforgettable Over the Edge pool. Breakfast and dinner were delicious every day, made with high quality regional and organic products. You can taste the care that goes into the food. Alpin Juwel is a wonderful place to relax and recharge in Saalbach-Hinterglemm. We'd love to return and can highly recommend it.

The people, views, food, rooms, and location were all great. We visited in September with our 3 year old son and loved it. Definitely recommend it, and we'll come back during ski season.

Kristijan and his team were such a highlight. They were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond, and the cocktails were delicious. We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the good service. The food was tasty and well prepared overall, though the mealtimes for children could be more child friendly. The schedule felt aimed more at adults, which was a bit challenging with young kids. Our room was comfortable too, but could use a few small updates to feel more modern and fresh. All in all, we'd recommend the hotel, especially for the service and drinks.
