We loved the roomy wardrobes, which gave us enough space to keep used sports gear apart from clean clothes. The hotel is lovely, and the manager seems to have hired well-trained, exceptionally friendly staff with impeccable manners. The waiting staff were incredibly attentive, and even the room maids greeted guests they passed in the hall.

The owners were around most of the time and looked out for us. They even gave our friend a toothbrush after he'd forgotten to pack one. We had great, accommodating service during our couple of days at Hotel am Reiterkoge with friends. The place feels modern but still traditional in many ways, and the food was very good. It's also in a great location, and I'd stay again. See you soon.

The free spa has three saunas, and the lift, bike trails and much more are included in the price through the Joker card. The room design was impressive, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was a rich buffet, and dinner had five courses with excellent food. I'll definitely come back.

The pillows were lumpy, so you may want to double them up. Breakfast was really nice, but every dinner disappointed me. The food was awful and seemed to be cooked in large batches. I enjoyed the stay and the lovely location, but at this price the dinners let it down.

The kitchen was spitzenklasse, so good that we never wanted to eat anywhere else. We spent 10 days at this lovely hotel, and both the staff and owners were accommodating, attentive, and always smiling. They made everything feel personal. We'll be back.
