The meals were the standout for us. Every dish was a pleasure, with gourmet quality that could hold its own at a fine-dining restaurant, and you could tell care and passion went into preparing them. We also appreciated the sauna after a day of activities. For families, the childcare and kids' activities were well organized, so parents could relax knowing the children were looked after. The Christmas Eve celebration was especially well planned and made the holiday feel special. This family-run hotel made us feel at home right away. The warm atmosphere exceeded our expectations, and you can sense how much the family cares about guests and the experience. We'd recommend it to families looking for welcoming service, excellent organization, outstanding food, and an enjoyable stay for adults and children.

The staff's care shows in everything they do. They go the extra mile, and deserve every bit of praise. The gourmet food is amazing and the facilities are top notch. From the moment you arrive, there's a warmth and welcome that lasts throughout the stay. This place has never failed to impress us year after year. THANK YOU

Dinner was one of the best parts for us as adults: a high-level five-course meal each evening, with meat, fish, and vegetarian choices. Even after a week, we hadn't had the same dish twice. Breakfast was superb, and our kids liked having lunch included too. The pool was nice, though cold. We spent eight nights at Lengauerhof Familienhotel in mid-August with our two children, aged 3.5 and 2. The family feel made us feel at home straight away, and there were plenty of facilities for children from babies through young teens. The location at the end of the valley brought lovely terrace views and made sitting outside a pleasure. There's lots to do in Hinterglemm, and the kids club organizes a daily outing that guests can join. We had a great stay and will definitely come back one day.

The hosts looked after us and our daughter so well, and the facilities were excellent: a sauna, infrared cabin, gym, good food, and snacks for kids, among other things. It's ideally placed for skiing, with a skibus stop nearby, yet set apart from the noise of the busy ski villages. Very highly recommended.

We felt at home in this intimate, almost magical place, with friendly staff and guests. Robert, the owner, was lovely, always on site, and very helpful. Our rooms were super clean, and the cleaning staff were sweet and friendly too. The food was amazing. My toddler has never eaten so much, and the adult four-course dinner was superb, with plenty of breakfast buffet options as well. Childcare was excellent: Sheeva and Leini took wonderful care of our son, and the playroom was great. The hotel is in a stunning valley, a five-minute drive from the slopes, with the ski bus stopping right outside. We've already booked for next year.
